The staff were very helpful on arrival and leaving. The bed being high was difficult to get on.

7.6/10 Good! (736 reviews)
We liked friendliness of staff.
On arrival we found the extractor pipe had come off the air con unit so warm air was coming into the room negating cool air. My grandson noticed this and fixed the pipe back on easily.
We were surprised that the towels were renewed even though we left them on rails to indicate we were happy to reuse them.
Otherwise happy.
