The fenced back yard was an asset for having kids around, there are plenty of beds and space for larger amounts of people (There were 7 in our party)! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! "

"The house was freshly renovated and very clean. The three bedrooms have a nice size, mattresses seem to be brand new and the walk in shower is really nice. It’s about a 10 minute drive to Englewood beach on Manasota Key and Walmart and Aldi are within 5 minutes. Neighborhood was very quiet. Highly recommended if you don’t want to pay the premium for Austin on the key."
