"Nice hotel. Good price. A lot of parking and at least 4 electrical charging points. Nice and clean room. Quiet hotel and nice breakfast but eggs were not very warm and dry. Restaurant clise by in other restaurant and Aldi next door for purchases. Automatic check in. So have your code ready. No personnel needed and also not (visibly) present. But all worked ok"

"The first room they gave me still had someone's belongings in there. I assume they gave me someone else's room. They quickly resolved this issue, and the second room was clearly not fully ready to stay in. There were boxes of screws, and the boxes for the alarm system still in the room. The kitchen didn't seem to be fully equiped, and there was no sponge, soap, dishwasher tabs or drying towel. The bedding felt cheap and cold. "We drove here for over 2 hours from Nuremberg arriving at 7:30 pm. Upon arrival, we found the place completely dark with locked doors and a sign that said geschlossen (closed). We received no notification from them ahead of time that they were closed and we had already paid in full. This was my worst nightmare. Being in a small village without any other alternatives. We had to drive another 1 1/2 hours to find another place to stay. "
