Location is great. 24 hour reception is good. The basement hotel suite was a nightmare. Every person entering and leaving the property sounded like elephants. Rising damp and leaking windows added to the poor experience.

Very good , room was great and facilties in room was good , air con hair dryer , fridge ,slippers and large tv ,coffee and tea kettle etc even a sink with plates and cutlery if you get a takaeeay . Breakfast was a buffet style with was good , only fault was they dont do bacon with a full english which is very surprising and other guests did comment also but apart from that was great and staff were very friendly and helpfull
