8.2/10 Very Good! (4,438 reviews)
I tried for weeks to change the date of my reservation due to the event I was going to was postponed. There was availability for the new date and the prices were cheaper. I offered to keep the more expensive rate, but please let me change the date. I still wanted to give the hotel my business. After zillions of calls and emails between myself and the hotel and Expedia and the hotel, it was not until THE DAY of the original check-in that the hotel responded and basically said nope, and no refund. Weeks of stress for nothing!

9/10 Wonderful! (3,349 reviews)
Excellent hotel in a great location, close to several subway stations. The breakfast was a real highlight. Rather than a buffet, it offers several cooked-to-order options, including omelets, eggs Benedict, avocado toast, and other egg dishes. Everything was very good.
The hotel also has a nice waiting room with a variety of coffee and drinks. Cold water dispensers are available in the hallway, so you do not have to buy bottled water. The gym offers a good variety of exercise equipment, weights, and pads, although the Peloton bike system was not functioning during our stay.
The room was very clean and included a comfortable office chair. The staff was also extremely helpful and welcoming when we arrived.
We booked a room with a kitchenette, which seemed like a great feature. However, it would be helpful if the hotel provided basic plates, silverware, and cooking utensils for guests. Without these items, the kitchenette is of limited use unless you bring your own supplies.
Overall, we had a very good stay and would definitely recommend the hotel for its excellent location, cleanliness, breakfast, amenities, and helpful staff.
