"When we arrived we were shocked that there was no air conditioning in the entire hotel. We got to our room and it was 88 degrees. They said their AC had just gone out which we found hard to believe. Continuing on, they told us to just open our window, we tried and it would not open. They sent someone up who using a long screwdriver was able to get it open but it would not stay open. So they propped it open 5” using the Kleenex container. We washed for a fan and they brought us a 9” fan with a 6’ cord BUT the closest outlet was 10’ away. Another call and they said they would call an electrician. I then asked how about a plug strip, they had one and sent it up. Okay so our room is beginning to cool down. However, with the window open the traffic was obnoxiously loud and we were right above a bus line. I can go on and on, but hopefully this is enough to give you an idea on why you will want to pass on this property. This property should not be an option in Expedia. Jim Washington "

"Very unsafe neighborhood and the hotel staff was extremely unhelpful on where a safe place to park my oversized truck. Crazy homeless person chased my truck through the parking area they suggested. "

"The place wasn’t in a guest house it was in the basement. We could hear everything up stairs. We had no control of any temperature. Some of the doors wouldn’t shut. I told the Host that the toilet paper holder fell off in the middle of the night. He said he was going to file a claim. It was literally Velcro on. Just to sleep it’s ok. Other than that I wouldn’t stay there."

"In spite of having to deal with some plumbing issues, host John cleaned up sparkling clean just before we arrrived and everything worked well. This is such a well-stocked house with everything we needed and then some. The bedroom mattresses were so comfy and the art on the walls beautiful. The neighborhood was so quiet and the yard immaculately kept up. We would definitely stay here again."

"This place was tucked amongst larger buildings which made it feel so cozy. We loved that the parking was easy and in front of our room. Very clean and simple, but nice. Just what we were looking for. I’ll come here again, great service from the staff. Breakfast was simple, but adequate."

"This is definitely a great place to stay. Being on a cul-de-sac makes it very peaceful and relaxing. The wifi signal could have been better but we did not use it much. Also even tho they called for a chance of rain, it was raining upon arrival but blue skies for the next 6 days! This home is easy to get to once you are familiar with the roads. Claire was an outstanding host and everything you could think of was available for use. I highly recommend this property if you need a place to stay in Sesttle! Thank you Claire!"

"This home was perfect for 8 women attending a red carpet event in Seattle. Spacious bedrooms, great space to hangout and talk all night. Super cute game room and outside area. The host was quick to respond to messages, and was very kind. Easy check in and check out. You won’t be disappointed. "
