However, the sound problem remained a major issue.The noise of doors closing and opening in the corridor was very loud and if you were on the same floor as someone returning from a club or a late dinner, your sleep would be compromised. The hotel was also waking up early in the morning to loud noises of doors closing and not being able to get a good night's sleep. The sound of doors closing in all rooms is very loud. The employees of this hotel should stay there once to see how it sounds.When I complained to the female front desk staff about this, they were full of excuses and no apology. Firstly, if a complaint is made, you should apologise before making excuses. Other staff were very good. I will leave an honest comment as I would never return here.
