「Not bad.」

「Roaches everywhere, and don't even let me get started on the bed bugs! Woman at front desk would not switch me rooms when I told her there was pepperoni pizza all over the chair and the floor was unreal with food crumbs all over the place she would not change me rooms then I got back to the room that's when I saw all the roaches coming out of the phones and the TV the dresser and then the bed bugs went back down around third shift and that guy was very nice and helpful and he traded me rooms but...

「I understand that red roof is not the best place! But the photos online made it seem like they had renovated, oh my God, definitely a fake! They have no amenities and what I mean is no ice machine no vending machine machine, they didn’t even have an iron in the room! I spelt something on the floor and when I tell you, I wiped it up, the whole white towl was black, like they have never mop the floors and to think my kids were on the floor playing!!

「The room was filthy and had bugs on the ceiling. Lots of mold in shower. Gave us a creepy feeling. I would have given it a zero if I could have. Don’t stay here!!!」
