「Very clean. New everything. Love the building and the classic elevator. My only comments to management is maybe provide a suitcase stand or two. Otherwise very nice place.」

「Punctual host, clean room, minimum but fine breakfast. Near the b&b there are 2 supermarkets, one of them opens 24h. Pretty better than other b&b in Rome in this trip.」

「Great place to stay. Very walkable to any bus station or a scooter ride from the Colosseum.」

「Decent, clean room. Perfectly fine for sleeping. Everything was handled remotely via Whatsapp so be sure to message ahead of time and give a heads up on arrival (to open the door) or any needs. It is a bit farther out from the main sights but the metro station and bus stops are a 5-10 min walk.」

「Excelente todo, muchas gracias !!」

「Avoid, doesn't look like the listing, much smaller and the walls are paper thin, we got disturbed at midnight till the early hours with the room across the hall. There is no privacy and the room is not clean. No check in staff and told to communicate over WhatsApps. Unhelpful and rude staff over the phone and constantly demanding payment without any notice.」

「The best part of this hotel was the staff, so friendly and helpful it made the hotel feel very welcoming, close walk to train station and restaurants. Great place to stay」
