The customer service was excellent from start to finish, with every team member warm, attentive, and eager to help. Breakfast each morning was wonderful, with delicious options and exceptional service. The bar was a highlight as well—fabulous mixologists crafting amazing drinks in a stylish, inviting setting. The décor throughout the hotel is beautiful and adds to the overall boutique experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning. First class!"

"To be honest I have no complain about my stay, the hotel was on La Gran Via, close to everything, and the staff and room were phenomenal.
