We’ve stayed at several hotels in the South Beach area over the years, and 1 Hotel South Beach is on a completely different level. Total class from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning: modern, warm, and eco-luxurious with four incredible pools, a rustic-style beach bar, and a gorgeous private beachfront. The food and drinks are top-tier, gourmet quality at every level. It was my birthday during our stay, and they surprised me with a complimentary cake and champagne — something most places wouldn’t even think to do. This was our first time staying here and we’re fully convinced we wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Miami going forward.
