"No towels or toilet paper in the bathroom. the staff member were extremely rude. it took the staff members five hours to get a towels and toilet paper. also they were doing construction on the floor above us around 12AM we could not sleep. "

"I've come to Mecca many tines, but this was my first time staying at the Double Tree Jabal Omar and I was pleasantly impressed. I would like to sincerely thank Nawaf Alyemeni who made sure my accommodations at this hotel was first class. The entire staff from the room service to the employees at the Zaffron restaurant were wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to perform umrah or haji. This hotel is new and the shopping areas are not complete, but adding more coffee shops would be great! Thank you for making me stay memorable! Mariam A"
