Welcome to Seaward, a thoughtfully refreshed coastal escape just steps from the beach, where modern European style meets effortless coastal living. With generous indoor space, multiple living areas, and a private backyard oasis complete with a pool, outdoor bar, lounge area, and putting green, Seaward is ideal for gathering, unwinding, and enjoying life by the coast.

PRIVATE POOL
Open year-round. Pool heating is available in spring and fall (Apr 1–May 31, Sept 1–Oct 31) for an additional $875 + tax per week. Heating is only effective when temperatures—day or night—are forecasted to be above 60°F, so we recommend checking the forecast closer to your stay (but at least 5 days prior) before adding heat.

PRIVATE SPA
This is an open-air spa, not an enclosed hot tub. Heating is available year round for an additional $350 + tax per week. Because it is open-air, heating is only allowed when temperatures—day and night—are forecasted to be above 60°F. We recommend checking the forecast closer to your stay (but at least 5 days prior) before adding heat.

Pool & Spa Heat Disclaimer
This home offers pool and/or spa heat as an optional add-on for an additional fee. While we do our best to ensure all amenities are working properly, heat cannot be guaranteed. These are not stand-alone hot tubs—they are part of the open-air pool system and may be affected by weather or unexpected equipment issues.

*If heat is not functional during your stay, we will refund the heat fee only. No additional discounts will be given.
