The Space:

Step inside to a bright, welcoming interior filled with natural light and a cozy atmosphere. The living area is styled with contemporary finishings, creating the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinet space, making it easy to prepare everything from family meals to beach-day snacks. This home offers two comfortable bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed. Both are designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. Both rooms connect to a convenient Jack-and-Jill style bathroom, making it easy for everyone to enjoy comfort and privacy. Outside, enjoy a fully fenced yard which is ideal for your furry friends (with host approval) and fire up the charcoal grill for relaxed evening at home.

The Neighborhood:

Located just 4 blocks from the public beach access off Seabreeze Drive in Garden City Beach, you will be close to shopping with grocery stores, coffee shops, delicious restaurants, surf shop and more!



Getting Around:

We highly recommend renting one of our 4 or 6 seater golf carts for your stay as they are the perfect way to get around Garden City and you will find beach parking much easier than with your car. We provide the gas for the rental and there is an on board sound bar so you can play all your favorite tunes while cruising. The 4-seater is $65/day and the 6-seater is $75/day. This feature can be added on through your guest portal after booking.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.
