  • Want to wake up looking at the ocean? Maritime Place B9 is an oceanview third floor condominium. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sun come up sitting on your private balcony. This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath property accommodates 8 comfortably with a king bed, 1 queen, 2 singles and a sleeper sofa. For your convenience, the kitchen is fully equipped and there's a washer/dryer. Enjoy the ocean side pool (open Easter to mid October), hot water spa (closed Nov 1 - Mar 1) and building wide WIFI. Maritime Place is only 0.3 mile north of the Garden City Pier. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed. No elevator.

    Maritime Place is located 0.3 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This complex offers
    both oceanfront and ocean view units. The oceanfront units have direct beach access from their
    balconies. There is no elevator at Maritime Place. From Easter to November 1, go for a swim in the
    outdoor oceanside pool. Relax in the outdoor hot tub, which is open March 1 to November 1. Stay
    connected with Maritime Place's complimentary Wi-Fi. Two parking permits are issued per unit.
    Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
