「Pros: Das Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Lärm aus nahen Gaststätten und einem Fun Park für kleine Kinder war nicht zu hören. Für Menschen die auf Neu und Luxus stehen nicht geeignet. Wir lieben den Flair.」

「Pros: Lage des Hauses. Cons: Haus benötigt langsam eine Renovierung… Sehr muffiger Geruch und feuchte Wände. Die Aussenmöbel waren leider abgenutzt und so für uns nicht mehr nutzbar. Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden. Die Dachterrasse nicht nutzbar. Kühlschrank auch schon in die Jahre gekommen.」

「Avoid this place - customer complaint ongoing but you need to be aware of the following - 4 air con units in villa but electrics trip if any more than 2 on so can't actually have three bedrooms being used at one time if you want the air con running in them all. Complained to owner and told first time - no way ! Other issues as lots of things broken/ not fixed as rude owner ignored us all week. Pool leaks so you have to put hose in to keep filling up! You can't use the drive to park in as gate...

「The house was even more beautiful than in the photos – it felt like a movie set, full of charm and character. It had everything we needed, with thoughtful details that made us feel very comfortable. Being a stone house on a hill, even on hot days we could sleep well with just the fan, without opening windows. On the first day we left one open and had a couple of insect visitors, but after that no issues at all. There are also plenty of insect repellents provided, which shows how well-prepared...

「Villa was beautiful, clean and catered for all. Toni the manager was easy to contact and always available when needed. 3 bedrooms accommodated for our family 5 of us comfortably. Pool and gardens were a good size. Plenty of outdoor space for dining and BBQ. Villa is about 15 minutes Drive from Palma/airport and less than an hour to almost everywhere else on the island. Car is recommended as there are no shops or restaurants nearby but does offer on site parking for 2 cars. We had a wonderful...

「La casa Bonita est une très jolie location, typique des maisons du village. Placée à quelques pas du centre historique de Sòller (rue piétonne avec de belles boutiques, un large choix de restaurants et commodités), sa terrasse à l’étage offre une vue sur les montagnes très agréable au petit déjeuner comme le soir. Proche de la gare (avec son vieux train pour aller visiter Palma), le village est idéalement situé pour découvrir le nord ouest de l’île. Nous recommandons sans hésitation. 」

「Pros: Die Lage des Hauses direkt über dem Strand von Cala Romantica ist sehr schön. Ebenso die Größe des Hauses. Cons: Das Haus bedarf einer Renovierung, da es doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Bad, Küche etc sind nicht mehr up-to-date. Wen das nicht stört, wird sich dennoch hier wohlfühlen. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist trotz Beschreibung insbesondere nachts sehr schwierig.」
