Single villa, inside the Residence, immersed in the countryside of Salento not far from Otranto, which with its beautiful beaches, clear water, its nightlife and delicious local cuisine, has become one of the most popular tourist attractions of the Puglia. The famous Lecce, Gallipoli, Santa Maria di Leuca and Castro can be reached in a short time.
The villas are located within a park of 15,000 m2 between olive groves and Mediterranean scrub and are equipped with a spacious outdoor recreation area with private swimming pool and solarium.
Each is equipped with 4 (+1) beds, 2 bedrooms, living room with futon / kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and outdoor veranda with table for 6 and independent barbecue.
