"I loved the remoteness of this wee cottage. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet, with lots of lovely walks, then this is ideal. The cottage is powered by a generator, which you can hear but soon get used to. Make sure you bring everything you need, it’s a fair trek to the nearest shop! My dog ran around the forest all day long and slept all night and I chilled out with a glass or two of wine. I hope to visit again in the not too distant future."

"We enjoyed ourselves in this lovely home! It was very clean, well organized, and beautifully maintained. Everything was very comfortable. Communication with the owner was also fantastic! The home is also within walking distance of groceries should individuals enjoy cooking. This was a great benefit to us! I would recommend this location to anyone wishing to visit the area! Be sure to curl up on the couch with a cup of hot chocolate and enjoy your shows!"

Ausreichend Frottétücher, Decken und Kissen. Heizung funktioniert sehr gut. Eine Gummilippe haben wir für die Dusche hinterlassen, da sehr viel Wasser nicht abläuft und es schlecht austrocknet. "Fantastic stay at John O Groats. We had booked a double ensuite room which looked lovely. When we arrived the manager was waiting for us to ask if we would mind if they upgraded our room as the heating wasnt wasnt working. Obviously we didnt mind. Imagine our surprise when we were shown to our upgraded room. They had given us a three bedroomed, two bathroom lodge which was amazing. Warm, comfortable clean and pur luxury. We settled down by the logburner to watch the sea through the huge windows....
