"We did not had the room we booked. Only 1 double bed and 1 small 1 person sofa bed. We have 3 kids... So problems to sleep. And no solution given. We booked for a room for 2 adults and 3 children but we only could sleep 3! We booked for WiFi but there wasn't! We booked hot shower but there wasn't! The room wasn't clean. The bathroom was filthy and kitchen was not equipped and not clean. "
