Hallo Christian! Vielen Dank für deine Bewertung, sie ist unsere wichtigste Quelle der Verbesserung. Es freut uns zu hören, dass unser Team höflich war und dass dir das Bad gefallen hat. Ansonsten tut es uns wirklich leid zu hören, dass wir deine Erwartungen nicht erfüllt haben und deinen Aufenthalt bei uns nicht besser machen konnten. Sicherlich sollte das Zimmer nicht so aussehen, und wir verstehen deine Enttäuschung vollkommen. Wir arbeiten aktiv an der Renovierung der Zimmer in Bezug auf den Anstrich, den Komfort der Betten und die Größe der Teller, wir sind auch dabei, den Standard in Bezug auf die Menge des Bestecks im Zimmer zu ändern. Du kannst gerne uns auch an der Rezeption um zusätzliche Dinge bitten :) Wir sind uns bewusst, dass unsere Bar etwas teuer ist, aber die Qualität ist wirklich gut und unser Restaurant Mural Farmhouse hat einen Michelin-Stern, ansonsten gibt es auch andere gute Bars in der Nähe. Buenas Maria Pilar, Muchas gracias por tu comentario. Nos alegra leer que os ha gustado la ubicación del hotel y que en general el precio es resulte razonable por lo que ofrecemos, que no es poco! No se del todo bien si os ha resultado una molestia o no el hecho de que la segunda planta sea tan baja. En caso de que no, no dudeis en contactarnos la proxima vez para asistiros en escoger vuestra habitación ideal. Referente a la limpieza, nos gusta dejarles a nuestros huespedes un espacio de privacidad para que puedan hacer de nuestros estudios su casa. Lamentamos que nuestros valores no hayan resonado en vosotros y vuestras necesidades. Recuerda que nuestro número de telefono y Whatsapp esta accesible en la pantalla de televisión.
