Hotel was good physically, and I liked the 2 female receptionists on my first day, because they gave me directions and food / tour suggestions around the city; but the 2 male receptionists on the 2nd day were a bit unfriendly, especially when I planned to leave my baggage in the luggage room because I planned to come back after 1 day in Salzburg, and since they were really trying to dissuade me from leaving my stuff— I ended up not leaving any baggage and I therefore didn’t book another night in the hotel anymore after Salzburg.

This hotel ticked all the boxes for easy access, position (10 minutes walking from train station and bus central stations. Its a fair walk to Munich's old city centre (25 minutes), but you're on holidays who cares. Staff is very polite. If youre on a budget and want to be a little bit fancy, you came to the right place.

Great stay

A good place to stay that's value for money. Staff were friendly and breakfast was worth the price with plenty of choice. We stayed during a heatwave so the fan didn't really help. If I stopped again I would book a room with air conditioning although it would be beneficial if it came in all rooms as standard. Overall a pleasant stay in a location that's within easy reach of points of interest.

Nice little hotel

Great clean hotel with a decent breakfast buffet in the morning. Room was nice and clean. Only disadvantages for me personally is there was no coffee making facilities. As an early bird, I like a coffee first thing but other than that, will certainly use again.

Location location location! This was a perfect location to walk to Oktoberfest. Very convenient to train as well. Older hotel. Very small rooms. Shower is tiny! Overall clean and a good breakfast. Friendly staff. Location to Oktoberfest was worth the price. Bar had very basic offerings. Grocery store right across the street.
