Family-friendly home, beautiful fenced-in yard, short walk to Ball State Campus
- This home is within walking distance of Ball State University Campus. You can also be in downtown Muncie in 10 minutes via car.
A beautiful two-story home in a quiet location with a large fenced-in backyard. Guests will have access to 2 bedrooms, 1 king bed, 1 full bed, and 2 air mattresses.
It’s the perfect place for Ball State families or Muncie visitors. It’s also close to Ball Memorial Hospital and BSU’s football stadium. Make your next visit easy and walkable!

The house has a downstairs that includes a large living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bath.
On the second floor, there are three bedrooms (guests have access to two of the bedrooms right now as we renovate the third). The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the second bedroom has a full-sized bed. There is a variety of pillow sizes and firmness, including a cervical neck pillow. There is a full bath upstairs and a half-bath downstairs.
