"Having stayed at this hotel on several occasions, I chose to return because of its calm, zen-like atmosphere and excellent location, which feels like an oasis after a day in the hustle and bustle of the city. The property is generally very clean, and the lobby creates a welcoming first impression. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was a major let-down and well below the standards I have come to expect from this hotel. While the staff were quick to acknowledge the issue and offered complimentary lounge access for one day during our five-night stay, the gesture felt somewhat inadequate as it did not extend to any other facilities. The staff were otherwise helpful throughout our stay, and breakfast was good, although there was room for improvement. Overall, while the hotel retains its peaceful charm and strong location, parts of the property are beginning to feel dated, and the disappointing arrival experience detracted from what could have been a much stronger stay."

"Taj President as the name suggests was the one of the best experiences in Mumbai. The peak of summer outside and cool, comfort yet warm inside 😺 Courteous and professional staff, tasty food and clean interiors. The best part is the people with a friendly and helpful attitude. "This is one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in. As soon as you walked in to the moment you walked out, the team were polite and very helpful. The room was a great size, plenty of luggae space (we could fit 2 suitcases on the side stand), good products and always well stocked. The room was modern and clean and had a bath as well as a shower. The spa was amazing, with a jucuzzi, steam room, sauna and the pool was very inviting. the gym equipment was well kept and had everything we needed. Breakfast was relaxed and the choice was food and service were excellent. The staff were helpful and willing to make anything for you. Shoeb was one of the staff that helped us and provided us with a lot of information on Mumbai. Our highlight was a young lady who met us when we checked in and went on to provide us with information, help and a great service throughout. Thank you Sweta for looking after us!!!"
