Had a mishap and informed the hotel hours before checking but they refused to cooperate and refund the money The did not even offered a partial refund. Taj Lands End
I love staying at the Taj, it feels like home but the standard rooms have become old and have a smell to them, they need to be renovated as the Club Room rooms are fantastic as is the service at the hotel and the food in the restaurants and at breakfast.
