二度と泊まりません

サモサ、バナナとビールだけは徒歩5分圏内で買えましたが、周囲に食べる店が無く、普通の食料品を買う店も無く、リクショー(トゥクトゥク)で30分以上のショッピングモールへ行くしかありませんでした。 トランジットで寝るだけの1泊なら空港から近いのでいいのかも知れませんが、連泊には不便過ぎます。 スタッフの感じも良くありませんでした。

Nice Hotel close to metro

A traveller who enjoys street photography,this was a graet choice, close to some characterful lively streets with vendors selling their wares on the street. We chose to be closer to the airport because of an early flight out, but it is close to a metro station. There was a great pharmacy across the road to buy water and snacks. The breakfast here was excellent. Most staff were very friendly, not all spoke english, but it was not a problem. Aircon worked well, as did the internet. Bed was comfortable, room was small but adequate. Over all a good choice.

They accepted our booking then sold our room.

We wasted $30 in cab fare to drive around trying to find a hotel as we had no WiFi or phone service. Nothing affordable to us, so we ended up back at the airport all night long. Outside, because they wouldn't let us back in. Book at your peril.

Good but far away

The hotel is near the airport, but the taxi driver had to search a bit which is totally normal in Mumbai. For India the hotel was ok and good to arrive at Mumbai. Unfortunately it is located in Andehri which is one hour away from every touristic place what is defiantly the biggest drawback. All in all it is a good place to stay if want to calm down after arriving in India.

Worst hotel to stay

The most pathetic hotel I have ever used. Hotels.com should review the property physically before enrolling them on there portal. B fast was included in the rate but I was charged. Location and services were pathetic.

Don't Expect Much

Hotel could not find my reservation until I forwarded my email confirmation to them. My room was windowless, which wasnt an issue, but feel future customers should know that. My room was also close to the kitchen which left staff passing in and out of the area repeatedly and conversing quite loudly until about midnight and starting again around 7a. According to hotels.com website, the hotel offers airport shuttle service for 150 rupees which is not true. Upon arrival, I had no way to contact the hotel so I used a rickshaw who agreed on the 150 rupees fare to the hotel, which I would highly suggest using considering you can do this immediately upon arrival without having to look for a driver who may not even be there from the hotel. On the actual website of the hotel, it says they offer FREE airport transfers FYI, but obviously do not expect this. The actual rate (via rickshaw) to the hotel from the airport is 50-60 rupees to/ from the International Terminal and 75 to 90 rupees to/from the domestic terminal. They SHOULD be metered, but will rarely use them for foreigners. The rickshaw the hotel arranged from the hotel to the domestic airport used the meter, because they asked him to. In ending, I personally, am undecided if I would recommend the hotel. Their rates are cheaper than others in the airport area, which would be the reason I would suggest someone to use the hotel, but only if the other hotels are considerably higher.

slum hotel

hotel is in a slum i was charged for extra bed, it was not available, nor any space in room to keep it it was a windowless room with windowless toilet there was no breakfast

Run by typical greedy Indian management,

Lack of hot water in the bath-room, bathroom was smaller than what they show on their web-site, At the time of booking they agreed to provide us with Air-port pick and drop off service, and nobody was there to pick us and the manager flatly refused to drop us at the airport by saying this kind of advertisement is purely to attract the customers, The telephone number shown on their web-site and on my Confirmation is not even in existing in Mumbai. Even at cheap rate the place is not comfortable to stay.

Hotel Arma

The rooms were clean for India standards, but the linens were a little dirty. It's close to the airport, but there isn't much in the neighborhood. There is no common space to hangout in, so you have to eat your meals in your room. There are also no windows. It's great for a stop over to or from the airport if you goal is rest and recovery.

Ophold bestilt og betalt med henblik på overnatning, morgenmad og lufthavnstransport for 2 pers. Overnatning fik vi i nusset, plettet sengelinned, ét håndklæde til deling. Vi havde bestilt vækning, men vi vækkede 3 sovende ansatte som lå på gulvet i receptionen. Morgenmad var ikke en mulighed. Og transport til lufthavn måtte vi selv betale. Dette på trods af at vi havde betalt for dette til Hotels.com. Bestemt utilfredsstillende når man mener at det er bestilt og betalt.

FORGET IT !!

This is not a hotel for a European. Forget it. Neighbourhood is very Laud and dirty. There is a Factory next to the Hotel. You can hear all kinds of machine noises in your bed. When you complain about this this say thay would be surprised and say they can't do anything about it assuming should have known about it. Why do you make reservations for this hotel!! Pay a little more and enjoy staying in Mumbai..

Do not stay here

The staff here are incapable of communicating with anyone who speak English. They had promised to pick me up from the airport and then would not. The following morning they failed to give me any advise which I needed as this was my first day in Mumbai

NON-Satisfied customer

The location wasn't good.. The rooms were horrible. There wasn't any windows in the room. Dirty sheets, towels.. Good thing was that we stayed there just one night. Only good thing was that the staff was very kind and thoughtfull. Can't say that I Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Arma residency

Very basic but then what do you expect for that price in mumbai.....Only used it as conviently located for the domestic airport although still takes over an hour to get through the mumbai traffic!! The hotel surrounding is very seedy and good if you got young kids/women.....Would only recommend using as a last resort

cheap airport stay

No free airport shuttle, which was included on my booking. Just got told 'tough' basically. Cheap hotel but an absolute dive. avoid at al costs.

Okay for what expected

Needed cheap overnight stay after late flight. Staff very friendly. Rooms VERY basic and clean looking enough for the price. Sound carries and woke us up in morning from all rooms in hallway. Area not great but short ride from airport--if taxi can find it! Main complaint is they should have a more direct and easy to use airport pickup and dropoff since is difficult to find and they are supposed to offer one anyways. Gave them my flight info and would have been nice to have them there for us since Mumbai airport is a mess. Good for what you should expect for the price in a city where hotels don't come cheap.

Wi-fi wasn't working for all 5 days I was there. I am still not clear whether I was supposed to get free Breakfast because they charged me for the breakfast each day.Food was tasty and room service was also satisfactory.
