Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

SERVICE WAS AWFUL, ROOMS INSECT INFESTED

Worst experience with Hotels.com imaginable. The staff was appallingly rude and the rooms are dilapidated (even bad for third world standards) and infested with insects.
Stayed 4 nights in Dec 2024
