We had booke 2 rooms but they had only one and they where not open when we got there. Doors locked.

very very small rooms. no hot water. water ran out at night.

Communication to Hotels should be improved
Overall experience starting from the booking till the last day of stay was average. I would say it to be average mainly because initially the booking was not conveyed to the restaurant and then had the call Hotels.com, fabhotel chain and the restaurant. This caused discomfort at the start of the trip which made the start not so good. At the hotel i would say amenities, facilities and cleanliness was amazing and no such issue was experienced at the hotel
