All properties are with Jayne's White Linens, unlimited Internet/WIFI, at least 1 Smart TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, vacuum and cleaning supplies.
The linens and turnover fee is $1,020 per rental.
The security deposit is 40% of the weekly rental rate for 1 week rentals and 25% of the weekly rental rate if the reservation is longer than 2 weeks. Other amounts could be considered on a one-off basis for Repeat Guests.
