Great room for the price, 2 queens $92 with tax. Room was clean, bathroom floor a little sticky. Good firm bed. AC worked good. Breakfast looked ok we didn't eat. The Korean HotPot/BBQ place across the street was outstanding.

Host is responsive. House was clean and well stocked. Loved the property and enjoyed the walk down to the creek. Quiet and peaceful area. Very close to Fort Smith.
