"Beautiful location right across from the beach. Great view of Batumi from our balcony. Really enjoyed the cafe on the property, we were there every day for coffee and the sandwiches were surprisingly good as well. It’s a new property with some construction happening, but nothing that disturbed our stay aside from a few quick power outages. "The house is built around an old tree. Tree branches are in each room behind the glass. Very interesting design: saved the tree and built a house. Beautiful sea view.
Hosts live next door. Always available for any kind of assistance. Very nice people. 100% recommended. One of a kind experience. "
