Great apart-hotel..staff are helpful, rooms are big and spacious, location is convenient to walk almost everywhere, views are great if you take a higher room. Didn't try breakfast, so can't comment on that. Only downside is the wait time on elevators, other than that , overall a good stay, and would stay there again in future.

This hotel is a very impressive landmark building in Batumi, we had a good apartment with fantastic panoramic views on the 36th floor. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was very busy with loads of people around, many dishes available however I only liked the omelette, the quality of breads needs improving above cheap supermarket types. Unfortunately my son picked up a stomach bug from breakfast which resulted in severe vomiting several times. The hotel reception staff were nice, in particular woudl like to mention Megi who helped us with info where to park downstairs and was generally friendly. Overall would recommend this hotel as a good value for money option in Batumi.

It was a 3 guest stay but there wasn't any pillows or duvet covers for the third person. The staff provided us with clean sheets of though. There was a dirty towel all folded up for our use. Our previous stay was quite nice compared to this time.

The hotel is good, the downstairs staff is eager to help and i’ll give a special mention to george the supervisor, he was especially helpful. My room ended up being just enough for my needs during this trip, however i will say i expected it to be larger, next time i will opt for a bigger room, as i felt a bit cramped at times especially in the shower. The breakfast buffet is good, but i’d recommend just paying daily if the stay is long cause there’s other options in the area that can be explored. Overall i had a pleasant time and will come back again.

Yet, some issues did come up during our 3-week stay at the Alliance Palace on July 2024: 1 - Expedia lists "Daily housekeeping" but we had to keep calling or stop by reception to ask for Toilet paper, water bottles, fresh towels. Eventually we gave up and purchased toilet paper and water at a grocery store. 2 - There was a frequent foul odor in the bathroom. I improvised an odor blocker with a plastic bag on the opening of the floor drain which eliminated it. 3 - Unfortunately most of the front desk stuff is unfriendly with little desire to help and keep a frozen face. 4 - Noise level: Good sound insulation with double glazed windows/doors but you will have to get used to the nightly loud music from the Sunset restaurant (which we highly recommend for dancing, food, live music and Georgian dancing shows). Their loud music goes until 2AM and it's heard even at the sea-view 29th floor we stayed at. Tips: #1 - The one bedroom Units 01, 02 on each floor have a 180 view of the sea. #2 - Do not buy Cards for Breakfast for your whole stay because there is no refund on leftover cards if you skip breakfasts. You can always buy more at any time. Buy Breakfast cards (at check-in) for just 1-2 days initially (40 GEL per person). #3 - Some of the units at this hotel are privately owned and you can pay less by renting directly from owners or agents (search 'Apt for rent Alliance Palace Batumi' etc.).

Location and amenities perfect! The only issue I encountered during my stay was the consistent absence of soap in the dispenser. Ensuring it’s regularly refilled would greatly improve the overall guest experience. I stayed in an apartment that featured a washing machine, stove, and sink in the kitchen area. Providing cleaning and washing supplies would further enhance the convenience and value of this space for guests. Other than that, my stay was very pleasant!
