Good value for money

We stayed only one night so that our friend from UK could visit Indo Chin market which is right in front of hotel. It comfortable and convenient we had a side room very adequate for one night comfortable and clean. Breakfast area was superb on 6th floor with plenty of air some outside tables and view of Mekong and Friendship bridge, The breakfast was adequate but a bit sparse at times when waiting for staff to top up dishes

The Riverfront is an ok hotel, I'd happily go back there but there were a few things which let it down for me. Firstly, the shower had certainly seen better days, needed a good clean and tended to flood the whole bathroom. Maybe other rooms have better facilities but I think it s a good indicator that it is about time this hotel had a bit of a renovation. Buffet breakfast ok, and a reasonable choice. Great view from here too, over the river. The staff were ok but like the whole building, seemed a little tired, lacking that customer care which I am used to from hotels in Thailand, budget or not. Overall I'd give it an ok rating, but nothing to shout about. As I said though, I'd stay again, but my expectations would be lower.

Angenehmes und symphatisches Hotel mit viel Wärme. Standardzimmer gross aber wirklich nur zum Übernachten. I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. It's steps from the Indochin market along the waterfront The hotel is well maintained with clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast each morning is on the sixth floor with a view of Laos. There is a good variety of food at breakfast mostly asian but they will cook you up bacon and eggs if you desire. The brewed coffee is a nice change from the instant that is offered at other hotels. I will stay again

All hotel staffs are very nice and helpful.They never refuse anythings you ask for and will try to find out for you . Good location for shopping just in the center of Indochina Shopping Street. The River View room would be better because you can have a nice view of Khong River. Over all it is worth for the money.

A Room with a View

Overnight stay enroute to Laos. Selected hotel because I could get a room with Mekong River view for a few Baht extra. Well worth it.There was a small verandah outside the room we could sit under and enjoy the view. Also hotel is right next to Indochina Market along river bank. The hotel does not serve dinner in their restaurant but there is an ok place on the river bank not far up the road that serves local dishes but a bit overpriced. Hotel carpark was nearly full as it was a long weekend with many travellers. Breakfast served on 6th floor with lovely river view BUT------ like nearly all provincial Thai hotels fried eggs and ham were served cold..Room was comfortable and coffee, tea, dairy whitener and a an electric jug were provided. I would stay there again
