You do need to carry your luggage around to the back and down a few steps. It is within a short drive to grocery, gas station, and town center. Hosts were attentive. "Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, alles war sehr sauber. Man wurde mit einer Flasche Sekt begrüßt! Und zum Geburtstag gab es Blumen als Überraschungsgeschenk! Die Lage zum Affoldener See ist sehr gut. Die Terrasse hat mittags und am Abend Sonne . Für den PKW gibt es einen eigenen Parküplatz weg von der Strasse. Cons: In Mehlen gibt es kaum Einkaufsmöglichkeiten."
