Staff were genuinely warm and attentive—nothing felt forced. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had that subtle luxury feel without being overdone. The Friday brunch was a real highlight—loads of variety and great atmosphere. Spa is worth a visit too, and the pool area was perfect for a proper switch-off. "Staff was INCREDIBLE. Always there at dinner and breakfast to serve us; check in was fast and courteous; concierge was knowledgeable. The hotel was located very close (5 minute walk) to the souqs and other shopping and restaurants, and the area was clean and safe. A fantastic place to stay!"
