10/10 Excellent

"We had the best time at Rustic Ridge! The property was so clean when we arrived! Eric and Jacqueline were very communicative from the start. We arrived to a prestige property, tucked away from our busy lives. The wi-fi was great, which was good because cell service was spotty. The pool was very clean and given how hot it was, we really enjoyed it. At times it was very shaded to not shaded at all. Property is about 20 minutes from Garden of the Gods which was great. We loved meeting all the animals on the farm, especially our house kitty. No idea what her name is, but we named her Honeysuckle :). I would absolutely stay at this property again. Thank you Eric and Jacqueline for allowing us to stay."

"The outside of the building is really run down, parking lot not level and cracked - not a great first impression. So, we checked out the room, and it was clean and spacious so we decided to stay. However, the internet was not working, which was vital for us (and we had ensured there was wifi before booking). The guy working there was super great, and promised to change our booking from 1 night to 2. In the morning, we were around in the breakfast/office area for an hour, but there was no sign of anyone working. Since we had been assured our second night would not be charged, we left to find wifi. A few hours later, we were charged for 2 nights, and have so far not been able to have this reversed. We are not happy. Other notes - the internet is getting upgraded, so this should be fixed soon. However, the lamps by the bed were not working (so couldn't read a book in bed), and the air conditioning unit was super loud and kept us awake."

"Very sweet place, well thought out and tended to. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The cabin is said to house 6 to 8 but honestly you'd be comfortable with a max of 4 to 5. Great opportunities for fun right on the property - fire pit, hammock, porch swing and a little catch and release pond. General store a few miles away."

"We were two families renting and appreciated the amount of bedrooms offered and amount of beds. We found everything we needed in the kitchen while cooking. Cleaning up after meals was easy with the dishwasher available. The fire pit was great for campfire s'mores with plenty of firewood available. We would have liked a bigger grill outside, but made do without one. The hot tub was a great way to end the night. The host left simple instructions. Check out was super easy. The entire property is well maintained and clean."
