「Lovely front desk lady that checked us in! Wish I could remember her name. We had two sunset suites with 2 bathrooms each. Worked well for my travel group but the “down the stairs” suites may not work well for those traveling with toddlers or those with ambulation issues. Beautiful beach was a quick walk from the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay and the fabulous full breakfast before we had to get back on the road.」

「Original I was told that they’d call me when the room was ready… The receptionist was short and seemed annoyed… At ~3:00 PM and not having a call back we went and found a most cordial and apologetic receptionist regarding my experience… She was able to locate a beautiful room overlooking the ocean… Our stay from that point was, I’m sure, how guests are to be treated and I expressed my gratitude for their kindness…」

「This hotel utilizes illegal, deceptive fees. They were going to charge me an "amenities fee" when I checked in, without telling me, after the room had already been paid for. They sent me a link to fill out their "Registration Card" where they wanted photos of my ID, credit card info, and to sign their policies (no mention of any required amenities fees). There's no front desk staff on site - had to call their main office in San Diego and they were very unhelpful and misleading. When I called,...

「I am not going to go into all details but will say that this overpriced facility ($100 + per night) WILL CHARGE YOU FOR ICE OUT OF THEIR MACHINE. Never, ever have I been subjected to such a stupid a-- charge in all my travels. The facility is fair, not good, and I will not lodge there again.」
