"The Ship Inn is superb, from the imaginative bedrooms to the excellent restaurant menu, this hotel oozes quality at every level. The staff are caring and helpful and all go the extra mile to make a stay memorable. Whilst the village is only small, the bar has a bustling welcoming atmosphere. It is only a 5 minute walk to the local beach and is ideal as a centre for exploring the Norfolk coast. Parking is ample plus the local bus stop is right outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay and look forward to a return visit. Highly recommended"

"Our first stay and we’ll definitely be back, all staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Car park easy to access, breakfast excellent with attentive staff. The bar of an evening has a very inviting atmosphere and Steve the bar manager is a fine host and keeps a super pint of Feathers Best! Accommodation and housekeeping very good. We’ll be recommending The Feathers to our friends"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Woodside. It was very well equipped and comfortable. The location is wonderful, a short stroll to local restaurants and the pebbly beach and coastal path. We found the locals friendly and felt very much at home. We did find the stairs very steep so do take care!"

"Property was neat and tidy although a little on the small side, perhaps a bit too bijou. TV gave trouble and this was diagnosed as aerial problems, watching it even after engineer’s visit was a bit hit and miss. The shower was excellent, the bed was comfortable and the inclusion of an Alexa was good. The kitchen area was very small, only enough room for one person. Parking was easy and convenient. All-in-all a pleasant enough place to stay, if a little on the expensive side for the facilities provided. "
