The reception staff are interested and attentive, our room (No.8) was well provisioned and superclean, we were in walking distance of interesting local shops and restaurants, and a short Uber to the CBD. "We booked a 1 bedroom suite and it was spacious. It has a kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, silverware, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, sofa, coffee table and tv. The room and bathroom are clean. Walking distance to Darling Harbour, Chinatown and restaurants. The staff are nice. My sister booked a regular room with queen bed and their room was tight. You can only open one luggage in an open space."
