「I stayed with my three sons for a week here and it felt so comfortable. We were made to feel very welcome and it was such a fun place and at other times a great place to hang out and play table football. Would defo consider staying here again! ✨」
「We were there for day 1 of the tour and to look around Lille. Enjoyed the hotel - dinner in the restaurant was excellent, breakfasts were great and the room was comfortable and quiet. Its on the tramline and 20 mins to the centre- or 10 minutes uber . Coffee at breakfast wasn't great - but everything else was!」

I didn't touch it, but it was added to the fee without permission. I was charged for something I didn't eat, and I felt very uncomfortable.

「Location is fair, in that it's around 25 mins walk to either Europe or Flanders stations, and maybe the same to Lille old town.
Very close by, are a couple of mini supermarkets, bars, and restaurants.
Although it backs on to busy highways, the Aircon and double glazed windows meant no noise at all, and perfectly controlled temperature. Also, there was no noise from fellow guests.
The only 2 slight criticisms of the room, are lack of trash bin, and lack of storage space. Overall though, one of...
"Very tatty accommodation without any aircon. Extremely hot in the room and very noisy from the train station and street noise when keeping window open despite being on 12 floor. Lots of things damaged in the room, filthy stained toilet, stains on floor, bed frame damaged. Would not recommend this place. "
