"Overall great! Knocking off one star because the listing indicates a mountain view, but the view was of a gondola and a back parking area with trees. The room was very stuffy upon arrival. We messaged the host asking about air conditioning and was met with a patronizing reply telling us to open the window. It was 77 degrees and sunny, the room was stuffy, one of the windows wouldn't stay open, and the fan available in the closet had a broken control dial. The location was fantastic and the room...

"The unit is located on the third floor and is slope facing so it was magical to check in and see the gondola outside our window! Hotel staff are very helpful and we found the small gym and pool/hot tub to be nicely maintained. The free shuttle service was super helpful and we didn’t actually use our car at all during our 5 day stay between then the gondola and shuttle. Outside of the location, the unit itself was clean and nicely equipped. "

"Beautiful place to stay in a very convenient and gorgeous location. Close to good restaurants and gondola in the mountain village. It is a quiet neighborhood at night which is perfect for families. The cottage carried all items you can think of during your stay including items for young children. The curtains are dark enough for good sleep. It does not have an AC unit so in summers it could get very hot, there were enough portable fans to keep the place cool. Communication with the property...

"We were able to have all of our children and grandchildren celebrate our anniversary together with us in July. The house was a great place to do it. It accommodated all of us perfectly. There were a few things we needed and were delivered to us as asked for. The location to the gondolas was great. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone needing lots of space. It is as very easy to communicate with the owners and they answered any questions that I had ahead of time."
