"I wish I knew that I could check in directly at the W Hotel and not have to sit in line for over an hour at the Mandalay Bay check in area. Tried using the kiosk to check in and was sent a text that I would be informed about what my room number is and where to get my keys but no update ever came. I ended up going to the counter and getting check ed."

"You never expect a luxury hotel that can have toilet paper and facial tissue missing in the room. Complementary water would need to ask from the front desk everyday. Not sure how this hotel claim they are a luxury hotel. The service doesn't fit the luxury hotel at all. Ppp"

"Our overall stay was better than expected based on other reviews. Our room was clean. With so many other meal options and short stay, we did not eat any meals at TI. Disappointed that we were charged a fee for early check-in. For non-gamblers, it is conveniently located next to very large shopping mall, Fashion Show Las Vegas, and is connected with an overhead pedestrian bridge."

"Harrahs always provides a nice clean comfortable room at a reasonable rate. We don't ever have to shop around. Their rooms are always a reasonable rate and it's great in the middle of all the action. The housekeeping could be a little better. They have someone you can text to let them know if you want room service or extra towels and they do respond but they don't bring you what you asked for and they don't really sweep the floors. Someone's clump of hair was on the floor in the bathroom when we got there and it's still there when we are leaving."
