"The room was very clean and the hotel provided housekeeping daily. The bed was comfortable and our room was quiet. Everyone working there was nice and helpful. We used an express kiosk to check in which was very easy and saved us a lot of time. We ate at three restaurants (The Coffee House, Gilley’s, Pho) and the food was excellent at each place. We visited several other hotels during our visit and they were all just crazy busy…so many people and lines and lines of traffic. We were always glad to return to TI where it was calmer and easier to get around. Our only complaint was the location of the hotel on the strip. Far away from everything and construction from the Hard Rock right next door made walking difficult."

"We love the Horseshoe and its location. No frills hotel with less foot traffic as well. Our room was nest ans clean and the AC was cold! Staff were all very nice and welcoming"
