「When we got there, we had to call to to get a code in order to get in the building and we’re told to go to room number one and the door was wide open with no key to lock it and we found paper on the floor in the bathroom and no towels after a while we got that resolved and spent the night the sinks took a long time to get hot water, but we managed OK」

「The host was unfriendly and unwelcoming. We arrived at 9:30pm and were in communication about our arrival time, but when we arrived the host said she had to go to work early in the morning and made us feel bad for arriving at that time of night. They charged a $25 pet fee for our dog, which normally would be completely fine and understandable, and it was listed in the booking. 「The Riverwood Resort is a small, but conveniently located hotel at a reasonable price. Unfortunately our experience was disrupted by a water / sewer problem impacting the hotel building.
