Unfortunately, our plans changed, and despite it being a fully refundable reservation, they canceled our reservation and kept our money. I have been calling them for weeks without any luck. I keep being told that I will get a call back and I do not. The cabin is nice, but the property managers are terrible and bordering on fraudulent.
