The staff was ridiculous. We didn't get the room we paid for and when we went to check out, the desk person was on a window sill and told us to just leave the card on the desk without getting down to actually do anything. When I had a question, she acted as if she were put out and got down.
They didn't clean the room and just left the towels on the bedside table rather than in the bathroom. They didn't even make the beds.
The valet disappeared and took half an hour to bring us our car. When asked about where the valet was, the desk person actually told my husband to check the valet room (which smelled heavily of weed), rather than checking on it herself. When the valet finally showed up, he was unapologetic and didn't seem to care that he had been missing.
Overall, I would not recommend.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and is in a great location. The room had a lot of room and outlets. The bathroom is a little on the small side.
