"Toilet seat covered in mold, and mold throughout the bathroom. Was told multiple times that the manager would contact us about it, and they have not. I can't get a hold of them. Super gross location, do not go here."

"Staff was rude and charged me a 50$ pet fee for support animal I've had since my discharge from the military. She is certified to notice and prevent several different health issues so I had no problem paying the pet fee. By law it was all illegal and I kept mouth shut, cause I reported their business like I am supposed to too the ADA."

"They don’t have humidity control in this hotel. It’s so wet in the rooms that moisture condenses on the floor and surfaces. It’s so sticky and nasty that I spilled salt on the table and wet spots formed around the grains as it drew moisture from the air. If I don’t end up with legionnaires disease I will be lucky."

"The resort needs to do something about their keys. It doesn't take much for them to not work and have to be re-keyed. Getting them next to any type of electronics (phone, watch, etc) causes them to not function. We had two keys and between them we had to have them re-keyed 3 times"
