Cozy New Studio in charming Mount Vernon, Perfect for You and Your Pup

This sweet studio in Mount Vernon has everything you need to be comfortable.
It features a new queen bed plus comfortable seating for you, guests and your dog. With WiFi, heating, and AC, you can stay connected and comfortable throughout your stay. The bar has a microwave, coffee maker and hot water pot, plus an small refrigerator with freezer. Of course, it's fully equipped with flatware, dishes, cups and glassware and the other things you need for breakfast and snack preparation.
The bathroom is equipped with all the essentials you need, but there is no tub.
A private patio is all yours, plus a fully fenced yard for your pooch and a propane bbq.
Enjoy all that Mount Vernon has to offer when you stay in our studio. You'll be 5 minutes from downtown Mount Vernon, a few blocks from the regional hospital, 4 minutes from Little Mountain Park and hiking trails. Plus all of the Skagit Valley stretches before you, tulips, beaches, restaurants, shopping, all just minutes away.

This is an excellent studio property. Works well for a coupleor would be good for someone on business. Quiet neighborhood close to everything. Judy is a fine hostess.

I visit Mount Vernon frequently, and this is the best short-term stay I've found in the area. Clean, quiet, cozy, with a great yard and a nice, responsive host. Highly recommended!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My dog and I loved our stay. The property had everything we needed for a relaxing evening after long days of adventuring. The location was perfect to explore both the islands and north cascades during our short stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. My dog and I enjoyed the yard space and patio as well. The host Judy was an excellent communicator and checked in throughout the stay to make sure we were having a great time. My dog loved visiting with Judy each time she went outside and she was very friendly and welcoming of us. We had an excellent stay!
