We are Centrally located just minutes from Kenyon College, and Mount Vernon Nazarene University.We are just a short drive to Granville, Amish Country and Mohican State Park. Our welcoming, open floor plan, is fully equipped with a kitchen, family room, and two bedrooms. with two full bathrooms. Enjoy your beautiful home whether you are reclining watching your 65" Smart TV, or relaxing watching your Starfire Glass fireplace. Great place. Some of the lights needed new bulbs, some windows lacked blinds..overall a great stay clean and great space for the price point. Close proximity to Kenyon College for my freshman’s drop off

Perfect cozy place with farmhouse feel!

Fantastic house, very clean, well furnished! Had a cozy farmhouse feel! Very close to town, and we went into Mohican with a pretty short drive!

A gem of a modern farmhouse

While the outside is unassuming, the inside is beautiful! Very nicely remodeled & decorated! It was larger than I anticipated, extremely clean, & comfortable. The home was a wonderful place to retreat to after days of wedding festivities. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Mt Vernon weekend stay

The property is beautifully decorated and spacious. Very comfortable beds. There are not a lot of properties like this in this particular area, believe me we looked for other options when we realized we were being required to purchase damage insurance at an added cost or have an unreasonably high deposit. Overall it was a good stay and we were happy with the house itself.

Cozy Must Means Big and Luxurious!

We say the reviews saying it was cozy so we expected nice but small. But we were blown away by the luxurious features, the decent size for the price, with room to spare and a little side area for peaceful morning coffee. While the rest of the family was getting rained on at near by Apple Valley Campround. We were cozy and happy and at peace in the cozy farmhouse. Would stay again for sure!!!

Cute and Clean

This is the 2nd time staying at this property. Home is very clean and everything is updated. Super location! The only thing to consider is that the master bedroom has the a/c unit right outside the house and it gets loud when it runs. Not a deal breaker...just info for renters as the rest of the house is super quiet!
