This charming home has both a fenced in front yard and a fenced in backyard, with outdoor patio, and parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway.
All 4 bedrooms have brand new Queen beds, flat screen TVs, closets, luggage racks and extra blankets.
The kitchen is fully stocked, large dining table and an open living room for your group's comfort.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire property. A smart lock is used on the front door for access as well as a backup lockbox on site should you have any trouble.
The Neighborhood:
The Old Village sits right on the Charleston harbor and is known for its beautiful historic homes, moss-draped live oak trees and small-town feel. Take a morning walk to see all the southern charm at it's finest!
Enjoy a coffee at Gala's Cage & Bakery, a glass of wine at Wine Shop OV or a cozy dinner at Post House Inn, all a close 0.4 miles from the property.
Walk the Pitt Street Bridge. It was once a trolley bridge that connected Sullivan's Island and Mount Pleasant and is a site for recreation and relaxation. Pack a picnic and watch sunset!
Getting Around:
Old Village is known for it's active walkers and runners along the streets. If you prefer to rest your feet, there are plenty of Uber's around as well.
Downtown Charleston is just a 5-10 ride over the Arthur Ravenel Bridge where there are restaurants and shops galore!
If you prefer a beach day, Sullivan's Island is a 5 minute car ride or 20 minute bike ride away. Grab some frose from Co-Op or a burger from Poes and experience the laid-back beach vibe of the 2.5 mile long barrier island.
