「Perfect location for a couple. The street noise could be loud at times as there is a restaurant/bar across the street, but a small price to pay for the convenience of shops and excellentrestaurants. We did not have a car as we were visiting family very nearby but parking can be challenging at peak hours. City Center is walkable but Ubers and public transportation are readily available. So many things to see in and around Philly, so at least spend a day walking to the city or around the area.The...

「Upon arriving the unit was very hot, after a quick inspection it was realized that the condenser line to the HVAC system was frosted up with ice, I reached out to the property manager (which seemed to consistently be an automated response) and was told property management addresses orders as they are received and that it could be 24 hours.
